When will the monthly fee be debited?
The first term (plus any deposit) should be paid in advance by bank. All other instalments are collected monthly on the last working day of the month.

What costs are included in the monthly rate?

How and when can I cancel my short-lease agreement?
The notice period is 30 days. After the minimum term, you can continue driving under the same condition. You will have a 30-day notice period from then on. Of course, the car can also be returned on the end date of the minimum agreed term.

What requirements do I have to meet for (Short)leasing a vehicle?
You must have a driving licence for at least one year and be a resident of the Netherlands.
There is a minimum age of 18. For some vehicles, insurers require a higher age.

Are summer and winter tires included in the short-lease subscription?
The car is fitted with all-weather tyres either with seasonal tyres with a tyre change included. There is no charge for this.

What payment options do I have?
All payments are made by bank.

Can I also use a short-lease car privately?
Yes, you may also use the car privately. This is subject to the additional taxable benefit scheme.

Is there a deductible?
Yes, in case the damage is not recoverable from a counterparty, an excess applies.

Can I transfer my mileage credit from one month to the next?
Yes, this is possible. When you return the vehicle, your total mileage will be checked. Specifically, if you have not used up all your kilometres in the current month, they will be credited to you the following month.
